It was quite confusing but I found it. The first 2 CDs in his set have been mixed up (the quick start guide CD is actually an audio cd of interviews and vice versa). Once I opened the CD, it refused to autoplay, so I went to the CD drive, explored it, and found an htm file that linked to the "real" members area with the software downloads. Huzzah. Nevermind.
